About Riteway
We are a property management, compliance and auditing business for large landlords and housing associations. We exist to make large portfolios easier to run and safer to live in.
A team with a clear remit
Riteway Property Group UK Ltd was set up to give large landlords and housing associations a service they can rely on, without the layers of sub-contracting that often come with larger firms. We keep our teams close to the properties they look after.
We are not trying to be the biggest provider. We want to be the one clients recommend because the work is done properly and they hear about problems before they become expensive.
How we run our work
Accountability
Every job has an owner, a date and a record. If something slips, you hear about it from us first.
Transparency
Costs are itemised, quotes are clear and we explain the reasons behind each recommendation.
Care for residents
Good property management is good people management. We treat residents with courtesy and respond to concerns promptly.
Policies, training and insurance
We keep our policies current and our people trained, and we review them regularly. Our contractors are checked before they are added to the approved list.
